Cancellation & Refund Policy

What is your cancellation policy? What happens if I cancel at the last minute?

Guests can cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund (less 5% credit card processing fee). No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date. Check each listing for specific policies.

Yes! Our Sunny Isles Beach location offers contactless self-check-in. At our Miami Beach location, check-in is available at the front desk.

Where do I get the keys?

Access instructions will be provided the same day of the check-in before the check in time.

Do you provide Keys for Shabbat?

Yes, we do. Please contact our team in advance to arrange receiving the keys before Shabbat.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

In our Sunny Isles Beach locations, kitchens are equipped with a fridge, oven with burners, microwave, coffee machine, cookware (pans and pots), kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. At our Miami Beach locations, we provide a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. A small oven and burner with cookware are available upon request. Do you provide beach gear?

Properties offer beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

Do you allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets. However, service animals are welcome.

Is smoking allowed?

No, all properties are strictly non-smoking.

Is there a pool or gym?

Our Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach locations offer access to a pool in the building. Additionally, only our Miami Beach properties include access to a fitness center.

Do you provide cribs or high chairs?

Yes, baby equipment is available upon request and may incur a fee.

Do you offer airport transfers?

No, we recommend Uber or Lyft as trusted airport transfer services.

Do the properties have beach access?

Our Miami Beach location offers direct access to the beach from the building. Meanwhile, our Sunny Isles Beach location is just a few minutes walk to the beach.

What are your house rules?

No smoking or vaping, no pets (service animals are welcome), no parties or events and no unauthorized guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

No parties or events are allowed at any property.

Can I have additional guests?

Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests may incur additional fees.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, at our Miami Beach location, we make receiving packages easy and convenient. The building receives packages and stores them in the designated mailing room for up to 5 days. This ensures your items are safe and secure until you're ready to pick them up. For your convenience, please check with the front desk to confirm the hours of operation for the mailing room. To ensure your package is properly delivered and stored, it is important to include your apartment number when addressing your package. If you have any questions or need assistance with your package, the front desk team is always happy to help.

At our Sunny Isles Beach location, packages are conveniently left next to your door for easy access. If you plan to order packages in advance, please ensure that the delivery date is after your check-in date to avoid any delays. To help manage your deliveries, we highly recommend using an Amazon Locker. Amazon Lockers are secure, self-service kiosks where you can have your packages delivered and easily pick them up at your convenience. They provide a safe and hassle-free alternative to having packages left at your door.
