The total price of the reservation includes:
- The price of the accommodation.
- The price of cleaning before check-in.
- The corresponding taxes.

PARKING
For Miami Beach, free parking for one vehicle per reservation is included. In Sunny Isles Beach, is paid parking.

We understand that plans can change and guests may need to cancel their reservations. To provide flexibility for our guests, we have the following cancelation policy in place:

Guests can cancel up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund (less 5% credit card processing fee). No refund will be given for cancelations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.

Special conditions or promotions: Some reservations may be subject to special conditions or promotions that include different cancelation policies. Guests are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of their reservation before booking.

No-shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and do not cancel their reservation won't be entitled to a refund.
In case of the guest only paid a deposit, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

The price is $16.95 per car per day.

Parking Reservation Process:
When you make the reservation, you will receive an email to complete the guest details, where you can specify the number of cars and complete the parking payment. Additionally, at any time, you can contact us (https://miarentals.com/contact) to add parking spaces to your reservation, up to a maximum of three cars.
